We manage all our support work from our Milton Keynes office, and you have direct access to us by phone or email. Support and maintenance covers any type of code updates, site refresh work, or security patching.
We are also completely transparent with our work and costs. Our pricing is based on Pre-Paid Support Hours, which are purchased in blocks of hours to cover the work. A timesheet of hours is shared with you, to keep a track of the work progess and time spent, so you have full control over your spend.
